Objective / Brief: To help one of the largest technology value added distributors to manage its vendor co-op marketing funds across EMEA.
Campaign: All of the different vendor funds were migrated into our cloud based co-op management system providing a single platform to handle all of the funds across all of the countries. Essential also managed the end to end co-op process with the vendors to include campaign planning, submitting funding requests, making claims, raising invoices and closing the loop by ensuring payment was made. The service involved close liaison with the vendors, the client and the client's finance teams across EMEA.
This enabled the client to get maximum use from its funds and ensured that funds were no longer lost due to poor visibility or errors in the claim process.
