What do you do at Essential?

I have responsibility for the finances of the company. This involves every aspect of finance including raising sales invoices, paying suppliers, running payroll, forecasting and the general day-to-day finance activities that are required.

What do you like about Essential?

Finance is generally a background support function where you are often ‘hidden away’ but here at Essential it doesn’t feel like that. I particularly like the way we work very closely as a team and the finance role is an integral part of it.

Tell us something about you....

I like going to the theatre, dancing, gardening and walking in the countryside.
